Management and Coordination of an event is taking the roadmap of the event and making sure that things happen the way they are supposed to. We will take the clients plans if already established and coordinate what they want done, or take the plan that was designed by our in-house staff. It is our duty to make sure that the client meets their goals of the event they are paying for.
